George Graham A fine and rare walnut month-going longcase regulator, London 11-inch square dial signed Geo Graham, London, with outer minute ring enclosing seconds dial, hour sector and calendar aperture with pin hole adjustment, maintaining power lever at 15, the substantial movement with six knopped latched pillars, canted upper corners to the plates, five wheel high count train with dead beat escapement and extended collet on the escape wheel, all possible pivots with end plates, those on the backplate punch numbered from 1 to 6, with stop work and bolt and shutter maintaining power, two movement supporting brackets attached to the back board, the pendulum with massive lenticular bob, graduated rating nut and brass rod, oscillating against a silvered beat plaque, the case of good colour with domed caddy cresting above a moulded cornice and brass-capped hood pilasters, well figured rectangular trunk door, crossbanded book matched veneered plinth with moulded stepped base and cushion feet, the sides crossbanded and bordered with chevron stringing 209cm. 6ft. 10¼in. high
