9mm, 4.6" barrel, S/N D9199. Blued finish, checkered hard rubber FB logo grips. Left side of slide marked in two lines: F.B. RADOM VIS-MOD.35.Pat. Nr 15567. over P.35(p). Matching serial numbers on frame, slide and barrel lug. Further disassembly was not performed. Barrel lug marked with German {Eagle} proof and {Eagle}/623 Waffenampt. Slide with same {Eagle} proof and WaA/623 inspection as well as {Eagle/WaA77}, which also appears on the frame as well. Type I configuration with slotted backstrap for shoulder stock, takedown lever and decocker. Includes a dull blue finished, unmarked magazine and reproduction leather holster with flat board stock. As the stock is not contemporary to the production of the pistol and not original, mating it with the pistol creates a Short Barreled Rifle under NFA regulation, so the stock is sold only for display purposes and is not to be connected to the pistol. Provenance:From the Collection of Charlie Hinton Condition: Fine. Retains most of the finish with some thinning and loss due to wear, particularly on the slide where moving parts and some holster wear have worn the finish to gray metal. Clear markings, mechanically functional. Very good bore is moderately oxidized and frosted. Grips with some light wear marks. Reproduction holster and stock very good to fine. A lovely pistol that will be a fine addition to any collection after the recoil guide rod is fixed.
