With Diploma (fold splits) dated 17 January 1854, blind embossed seal to left; also included is a Grandduke Friedrich August II Anniversary Medal. Apparently received later by the Order's recipient. Silver, 51mm. Bare head left, rev. Psalm 118, v. 1 in wreath. Lovely old toning in prooflike fields. Brilliant Uncirculated. A Rare and lovely set and group.
