Lot includes a ca. 1890 Stevens flier titled The J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co.'s Latest Triumph In Small Bore Rifles, and details the marksmanship feats of the .25 caliber cartridge for small game shooting and target practice. Price lists, testimonials and grouping are further detailed. Also included is an undated Stevens Telescope Rifle Sights booklet and price list. Also included is a 1904 dated mailer to the Stevens Arms Co., from Mep Howe Bros, Los Angeles California, requestiing a free aluminum Stevens display sign, as offered in a promotion by the company. Also included is a May 8th, 1923 price list, featuring a fold out detail for the Stevens No. 35 Off Hand target Pistol. Also included is a 1906 dated factory receipt for 1 Model "L" Splash boot and buttons for the price of $3.00, sold to Thomas Mott Osborne of Auburn, N.Y. Lastly, a copy of The Sporting Goods Dealer May 1903, Vol. 8, No. 2 is included, featuring a prominent Stevens advertisement for the Ideal Schuetzen No. 53 on the cover.
