Haas Jeune, Geneve, Paris, circa 1900 The nickel-finished lever movement wound by opening and closing the cover, bimetallic compensation balance, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gold spade hands, aperture for phases of the moon combined with lunar calendar, two windows for year and month, constant seconds, the second dial with date and day indications on white enamel ring, skeletonized centre revealing the movement, in circular engine-turned case with initials surrounded by a laurel wreath to the reverse, the front centred by a Turkish inscription surmounted by a crown, case signed 55 mm. diam.
