Enschedé en Zonen” (Haarlem). Typographical design by Jan van Krimpen – Spine sl. (dust-)soiled, but else in good condition. ¶ Ad 2: Printed in red & black by Joh. Enschedé en Zonen (in a gothic type of the 15th century) in 150 copies on handmade paper.
