HAROLD LARWOOD , 3 autograph letters signed and an autograph aerogramme letter signed, to Maurice Jackson of Buxton Joyce, Nottinghamshire, 12 pages, Sydney 1960-1964 Four interesting and lengthy letters from Larwood to Maurice Jackson, reminiscing and missing English soccer 'I used to watch every Blackpool match at Blackpool. I know Stanley Mathews very well, and when Blackpool came out here I met them, and I had lunch with Stan', he knows Bob Simpson through his son-in-law Ken Muller who opens with Simpson in the 'Western Suburbs' team', on his bowling 'I, personally, never knew my own speed', he is invited by Bedser and Cowdrey to meet the MCC team 'had quite a yarn with Freddie Trueman', 'I shall have a trip to England some day I am working very hard with this view in mind I still have pleasant memories of Notts C.C.C., I can still picture the old ground sorry I cannot drop in and have a sample of Tommy Lawton's beer with you, maybe some day??'
