Document signed ('H.R.'), Greenwich, 26 March 1498, letters patent to Sir Robert Lytton, 'o[u]r undretresourer of England and keper of oure grete Warderobe', his warrant for delivering to Oudet Taillefer, a groom of the chamber, 'thre[e] yerds ... of good ta[w]ney cloth w[i]t[h] asmoch whit lambe as wol suffice to furr the same for a gowne and two yerds of blak satyne w[i]t[h] stuffs for a doublet to be taken of o[u]r giest [chest] w[i]t[h]in o[u]r grete Warderobe', in English, on vellum, 9 lines on one membrane, 135 x 185mm (somewhat stained and soiled), remnant of papered signet seal at lower margin.
