[HCR 9021; BMC VI, 759; Goff H-548] FIRST EDITION of "the earliest treatise on personal hygiene and the conservation of health to be printed in Italian" (Stillwell 309). It contains also Hugo's Libro de conservare la persona in sanitade and a Consiglio (not included in his Consilia ), both treatises on weight control. Only 5 books have been assigned to the press of Petrus de Corneno, four of which (including the present one) are the first edition of their respective text. RARE.
