This copy of the Index lacks the final two leaves, which were blank. Lot Amendments Condition: Rubbing and wear to covers, spine well scuffed, joints tender; some internal dampstaining, top margin shaved close in a few instances affecting the running heading, lacking the front free endpaper, internally very good.
