Considered by many to be Bukowski's most beautifully produced book. Copyright page states the book was first printed October 1963, which is after Bukowski’s signature date. Includes 4 supporting / related paper items: autograph letter signed by publisher / editor Jon Webb to Arthur W. Woleben III (of Los Angeles) thanking him for his letter and discusses the labor of love that went into the book.
