There the car was restored before importation into Switzerland more than 30 years ago. 1991 the car was bought by the vendor and dry stored until recently. After more than 30 years of inactivity the Jaguar will certainly need a very careful recommissioning. At the catalogue deadline the original vehicle documents for the car unfortunately are missing; a copy of the Swiss customs clearance is available. Deutsch: Als eines von nur 376 Cabriolets mit 3.5-Liter Motor und Linkslenkung, wurde dieser Jaguar in die USA geliefert. Dort wurde das Fahrzeug restauriert, bevor es vor über 30 Jahren in die Schweiz importiert wurde. 1991 vom Einlieferer erworben, wurde das Fahrzeug anschliessend in einer trockenen Halle eingelagert, wo es bis vor kurzem verblieb. Nach Jahrzehntelanger Standzeit benötigt das Cabriolet sicher eine vorsichtige Inbetriebnahme. Bei Katalogschluss wurden leider die originalen Fahrzeugpapiere vermisst, eine Kopie der Schweizer Verzollung ist vorhanden.
