Partly printed document signed ("James Monroe") as Governor of Virginia, Richmond, 14 January 1824, 1 page, oblong folio, faded (as usual), PRINTED ON PARCHMENT, papered seal , granting "a certain Tract or Parcel of Land" in western Virginia -- HENRY LEE, ("Light-Horse Harry").
