Galego holds her Postgraduate Diploma, The Drawing Year, Royal Drawing School, London as well as a BA, Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon. In addition to various international private collections, Galego's work is found in the Royal Collection Trust of the British Royal Family, UK.
