Half-sheet 8° (139 x 95mm). Full-page title woodcut of the author in his study, 2 woodcut decorated initials, roman type, double column. Red morocco tooled in gilt and blind by F. Bedford. Provenance : Baron Horace de Landau (bookplate). Probably the second edition of this novella by Landini, dit Ilicini. Gamba describes all 16th-century editions of the work as very rare. Sander 3480; Essling 1809; British Library has the 1515 edition only.
