Pressed paper cases include: ten sixth plate, two quarter plate, and four ninth plates. Many of the pressed paper cases are damaged or separated. Cases of note include: a rare sixth plate of a Clam Shell (2-67, Berg); a quarter plate thermoplastic case of the Capture of Major Andre (1-22, Berg); quarter plate case of Family Enjoying the Piano-2 (1-41, Berg); a quarter plate of Roger deCoverly and the Gypsies Fortune (1-37, Berg); two sixth plate Liberty 1 cases, one with double ambrotype portraits of an elderly couple (1-66, Berg); sixth plate Beehive 1 (1-90, Berg); and a sixth plate of Calamady Children with a daguerreotype of a young gentlemen (1-104, Berg). Provenance: Property of N. Flayderman & Co. Condition: The cases range in condition from good to poor. Some have damage to the velvet lining or separated by the case.
