An "Honour and Glory" set of two limited edition watches, made to celebrate 125 years of chronographs in sport: consisting of one large stainless steel vintage split-seconds chronograph watch and one 18K white gold automatic chronograph wristwatch with date Signed Longines, the first Ref. 4507, no. 8'115'396; the second Ref. 7893, case nos. 651 as well as L78946 and set serial number 30'491'832, set put together in 2003, the pocket chronograph manufactured in 1951, the automatic chronograph wristwatch manufactured in 2003 The first with cal. 24''' mechanical movement, 21 jewels, micrometer regulator, silvered dial, Arabic numerals, blued steel hands, outer Arabic five minute divisions, two engine-turned subsidiary dials for 30 minutes register and constant seconds, large circular case, hinged cuvette and back with oeil-de-Perdrix decoration on the insides, small balance stop button in the band at one o'clock, split-seconds stop and catch-up button at eleven o'clock, large grooved crown; the second with cal. L651.3 automatic movement, 37 jewels, silvered dial, Arabic numerals, blued steel feuille hands, outer Arabic five minute divisions, two engine-turned subsidiary dials for 30 minutes register and constant seconds, circular case, facetted lugs, snap on back, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, stainless steel Longines buckle, both cases, dials and movements signed 66 mm. and 38 mm. diams.
