Her practice focuses on painting to explore a sensory depiction of human embodiment. Her most recent work critiques our conceptualisation of "nature" as a place separate and distinct from human lives. Her utopian images explore a world in which the women depicted are at one with the landscape in which we find them, free to enjoy and luxuriate in nature. She is interested in the ancient connection of women and nature which has more recently been used as a tool to subjugate both, and imagines a world in which both women and nature have agency.
