Manufacturer: Rookwood Description: Three Rookwood items: 1. Flower paperweight cast in 1940 and covered with a light blue Mat glaze. 3 inches across the flower and 3 1/2 inches from the top of the flower to the bottom of the stem. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date and shape 6437. In excellent original condition. 2. Rookwood fish astray, cast in 1944 and covered with a tan high glaze. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date and shape 6392. Length is 5 1/2”. There is no crazing but it does have some mild peppering. 3. Rookwood 5 inch Ship bookend, a William McDonald design, cast in 1927 and covered with a green crystalline glaze. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date, shape 2684 and the designer’s monogram on the back. No crazing but there is one tiny chip to the front sail.
