Walter, 1790, 4°, FIRST EDITION, stippled-engraved frontispiece, 10 engraved charts, 17 plates, including 14 uncoloured aquatints after Thomas Stothard and others, many folding (most plates detached and inserted loose at front, some damage to adjacent leaves where plates have been excised, some offsetting, accession no. in ink at foot of Dedication, another no. stamped at foot of Preface, K3r slightly soiled, S3 detached), contemporary crimson half morocco, spines gilt with repeated monogram "AS" within compartments and green morocco lettering-pieces (rubbed, library marks).
