The auction, conducted by K.Gardiner & LAng Pty.Ltd. was conducted over two days, 4th and 5th April 1957. The 522 lots comprised 20 buildings and their contents; lot 430 is a large quantity of crockery 'All Olympic Gold China; also included 7 motor vehicles
