After studying at the Academy in Brussels, he worked for the Englebert magazine and was an advertising illustrator for the Grand Bazar in Liège. De Goeye was also active as a poster designer and produced fashion and textile drawings for the newspaper La Meuse after 1945. - Some studio marks and small smudges. Colour intense collection.
