Miko-Art "Windmill blades 0100 2016" (Digital-physical painting) 80x80cm. Miko (Miechel Kockelkoren) I was born in 1953 and grew up in Mechelen, South Limburg in the Netherlands. In the 80s I made artworks with acrylic and India ink. These were mainly works of nature and landscapes in South Limburg. After that, because of my busy graphic job, it was quiet around my artistic expressions for a long time, until 2012. In 2012, I started experimenting with Digital New Media on the computer. In 2013 I completed my first digital paintings. My abstract digital paintings are the result of a combination of manual sketches, photographic and digital techniques. With my versatile creativity and my sense of color and image I have found my own individual creative expression when making digital paintings under the exclusive name: Miko-Digipaintings. The physical artwork can be ordered on commission in the size: 80x80cm. I use the latest technology to physically manufacture the digital artworks in an extreme definition. The artwork is printed on high-quality professional Fuji Crystal DP II photo paper and permanently glued to a 3 mm. Aluminum Dibond base plate. Then, in a dust-free workshop, liquid water-clear Epoxy Clear Coating, with a crystal-clear glossy look, is made up to 2 to 3 mm. thick in thin layers over the laminated artwork. The resin flows to the edge of the image where it hardens and where it forms the rounded edge that is typical of this special Epoxy Clear Coating technique. The Epoxy Clear Coating envelops and seals the artwork, creating an ultra-transparent, brilliant finish for a crystal-clear view of the artwork. Due to this applied technique, the colors are also more intense, sharper and deeper, creating an exclusive warm appearance. The artwork is always delivered without a frame, which is also not necessary. A rail is mounted on the back to hang the artwork on the wall. Each Miko-Digipainting is unique, valuable and recognizable because: signature/year is sealed under the coating, the artwork is always set up from the center, is very colorful and exclusively available as 1/1 artwork. In addition, it is again hand-signed on the back and the year stated. A valuable investment for the collector of Digital New Media. The authenticity and uniqueness of each Miko-Digipainting is guaranteed and confirmed by the enclosed Certificate of Authenticity and the extra signature on the back. The artwork and the certificate of authenticity are inextricably linked. Delivery within 10 to 20 working days. The artwork is packed in protective bubble wrap and shipped securely insured, registered in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Can also possibly be framed with a black barge frame, costs on request. See the last photo no. 5. If you have any questions or if you want to make an offer, leave a message and I will respond as soon as possible. Photos are part of the description, see pictures to judge by yourself its overall condition. Be safely packaged and sent worldwide.
