Quetschfalten u. oben bis zur Platte beschnitten. Bug mit kl. Einriss unten breit hinterlegt. Third state (of altogether 6 incl. Lotter) of this map by Seutter after the Visscher-type. "This interesting German map is rich in detail of the northeast coast and especially the Hudson Valley, where many of the old Dutch place names are still current" (P./K.). - Original colouring, view uncol. Light colour offsetting to cartouche; some marginal spotting resp. browning, 3 tiny creasemarks, at top trimmed to platemark. Centerfold backed with paper, small tear at bottom affecting neatline.
