Disbound, retaining rear board. 11 x 6 7/8 inches (28 x 17.5 cm); erratic publication as noted by ESTC (partially corrected in ink at an early date), [4], 72, [12],73-76, 89-96, 101-114, 13, [1], 78 pp. (N.B. this copy does not have the appendix of 22 leaves for 1709, also separately published as Evans 1424). Disbound as noted, Bar Association stamp, head of title with small losses, lacking the four unnumbered pages after p. 96 and the final section as noted. A presentation copy to James Bleecker dated October 1823. This is Evans 1480, the second revision of the laws of the Colony of New York. C The New York City Bar Association
