Otto Dix (1891-1969) Der Krieg, Verlag Karl Nierendorf, Berlin, 1924 (Karsch 70-119) the complete portfolio of fifty etchings with drypoint and aquatint, fine impressions, with the five title pages, tables of content and justification pages, with a dedication by the artist in pencil on the title page of the fourth folder: für Jan Weihnachten 1949 , signed and numbered in pencil on the justifications, copy number 29, from the edition seventy, printed by O. Felsing, Berlin, most plates on cream laid paper, watermark BSB, 19 on cream wove, each signed in pencil, numbered 29/70 and inscribed with the plate number in Roman numerals, the full sheets, some with a deckle edge, generally in excellent, fresh condition, the title pages with some minor pale foxing, within the original grey linen-covered folders with the title in black on the front, with black cloth spines, in very good condition(portfolios) S. 355 x 477 mm.
