A fine and rare 18K gold, enamel and diamond-set openface keyless lever pendant watch Signed Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneva, Switzerland, No. 155889, retailed by Dickinson & Co., Buffalo, NY, circa 1910 With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, gold Louis XV hands, the circular case with white enamel and translucent purple guilloche enamel decoration to the bezel, green enamel decoration to the band, the hinged back (No. 255631) with translucent purple guilloche enamel background, centered by diamond-set floral and scroll decoration to a translucent green guilloche enamel background, bordered by white enamel floral and foliage motif, white enamel border, later-added diamond-set white gold bow, case and cuvette signed and numbered, dial signed by maker, movement signed by maker and retailer and numbered 28 mm. diam.
