A superb and extremely rare 18K gold perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch with phases of the moon, original box and special dial Signed Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, "Calendrier Perpétuel", ref. 1518, movement no. 862'931, case no. 629'589, manufactured in 1942 Cal. 13''' nickel-finished lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 23 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, the silvered matte dial with applied gold Arabic numerals, outer railway five minute divisions and tachymetre scale, black hard enamel inscription Calendrier Perpétuel above the two windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minutes register and date combined with phases of the moon, in circular case with extended downturned lugs, snap on back with engraved inscription Ma de Belen 5-VIII-1944 , two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, original 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed 35 mm. diam.
