An extremely fine and exceptionally rare platinum, reverse intaglio crystal, diamond and pearl-set keyless lapel watch suspended from a diamond and pearl-set brooch Signed Patek, Philippe & Co., Geneva, Switzerland, movement no. 161’852, case no. 272’226, manufactured in 1910 Movement: cal. 9’’’, manual, 18 jewels, signed Dial: Breguet numerals, “natté” centre, signed Case: back set with a crystal reverse intaglio depicting ladies in a classical landscape, diamond-set borders with pearls between, pearl set winding crown, suspended from an integral brooch with diamond-set terminal, composed of four pearl strands and a large diamond and two further diamonds, 34 mm. wide, 121 mm. overall length, signed With: Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present platinum watch with silvered dial, Breguet numerals in black enamel, “natté” centre, pearl and diamond-set bezel, front and back cases, crystal-cut scene over enamel depicting ladies in a classical landscape in 1910 and its subsequent sale on 20 August 1925
