Condition: Minor toning. Note: Ada Byron, Countess of Lovelace, was the daughter of the Poet Lord Byron and Anabella Milbanke, born December 10, 1815. According to the affixed article, she was believed to have "worked with Charles Babbage, the inventer of the Analytical Engine-the forerunner of the computer- and is best known for her translation into English of a paper describing it."
