A collection of approximately 240 classical records (12" LPs), including records from the collectible Decca SXL-series (SXL 2258, 6000, 6127, 6173, 6177, 6271, 6493, 6624, 6699, 6719, 6773, 6813, 6869), a number of TAS-listed records (HMV ASD 3117, ASD 2889, ASD 2486, ASD 3266, ASD 2673 and ASD 3345 plus Decca SXL 6000 and SXL 6624), a number of other good quality recordings from the popular ASD-series on the HMV label (ASD 2533, 2962, 2954, 2400, 2884, 2356, 2963, etc), some good examples of Decca LXT-series mono recordings such as LXT 5112 (Mozart Divertimento No 15 in B Flat Major), LXT 5459 (Highlights from Le Nozze Di Figaro) and lXT 5443 (Highlights from Don Giovanni), examples of other mono recordings such as Columbia 33CX 1231 (Maria Callas sings Operatic Arias) and some from the popular ALP-series on the HMV label (ALP 1854, 1794, 1678, 1846, 1743, 1731, etc), some records on the collectible Lyrita label, together with other good quality and interesting recordings such as Nimbus 2117 (Christian Hocks on Cello and Martin Jones on Piano playing Zoltan Kodaly and Frank Bridge sonatas) and Qualiton LPX 11426-27 (Haydn: Six Sonatas for Violin and Viola with Denes Kovacs on Violin and Geza Nemeth on Viola), the majority of these records would appear to be in very good or excellent condition (2 cartons)
