Maps of the Different parts of the World: or a Complete Atlas upon a new and Improved plan, with letter-press conveniently prefixed to each map, 1791, printed title, six engraved maps with contemporary hand colouring, bound with Maps of the English Counties with the sub-divisions of Hundreds, Wapontakes, Lathes, Wards, Divisions &c. to which are added two folio pages of letter-press to face each map, 1791, printed title, forty-one engraved maps with contemporary outline colouring, occasional spotting, the map of England & Wales trimmed with slight loss to printed margin. contemporary quarter calf on marbled boards, slight wear to extremities, oblong folio It is very uncommon to find Harrison's British Atlas bound with his 'world maps'. This example also has three additional maps in the British section that are not called for by Chubb - Scotland, Ireland and England & Wales. (1)
