[32] pp. wrappers included. Original saddle-stitched pictorial self-wrappers. A rare program from the Central States Golf Association, an African-American golf association. This was their 17th annual golf tournament and convention. It was held at The Dodge Park Golf Course in Omaha, Nebraska. Contains many photos of African-American golfers, including Mal Scott, Collins Lee and Milt Wilson before several trophies, and of Julia Towns Siler, a United Golfers Association National Open champion. Julia Siler was elected to the national Afro-American Golfers Hall of Fame in 1964. Includes photographs from delegations of The Cornhuskers Golf Club of Omaha, Kansas City's Heart of America Golf Club, Kansas City Women's Players, Omaha's Women's Auxiliary, The Sunflower Golf Club of Wichita, Chicago's Windy City Golf Club, Twin Cities Golf Club, East Denver Golf Club, The Paramount Golf Club and Women's Auxiliary of St. Louis, and The Valley Golf Club of Des Moines.
