Rare map of one of the most exclusive, i.e. expensive, cities in California, incorporated in 1976. This seems to be the earliest recorded separate map of the community. OCLC locates a copy at the Library of Congress dated 1963 as this one, and one dated 1960 at Pennsylvania State University, but both seem to be the same map, and the Penn State dating may be in error.
