SALVADOR DALI Salvador Dali, Memories of Surrealism , New York, Transworld Art Corporation, 1971 (M. & L. 494-505) the complete set of 12 signed and numbered lithographs with etching in colors, hors-texte , introduction, text, and justification, on Arches, signed in pencil on the justification, copy A 140 of 175 (the total edition was 500), each with the artist's blindstamp and nine with the artist's copyright inkstamp on the reverse, each with full margins, loose (as issued), occasional soft handling creases and surface soiling (primarily in the margins), (501-503, 505) pale light- and time staining, (495 & 505) pale moisture staining in places at the lower sheet edge, (505) occasional short tears in places at the sheet edges, otherwise each in good condition, original black paper-covered portfolio with stamped gold title (some wear, occasional adhesive and tape remains, split in places at the corners). 31 x 22¾ in. (787 x 578 mm.) album
