In 1840 Teichelmann & Sch�rmann had published their Outlines of a Grammar, Vocabulary and Phraseology of Aboriginal Language of South Australia, which centred on the spoken language around Adelaide and was of little use to settlers in the Port Lincoln area. In this volume Sch�rmann resolved the issue. The printer's errata amounts to 1� pages and the author's name is spelt incorrectly as 'Sh�rmann'. The dediction is to George Grey, Governor of South Australia. (1)
