One armchair with bottom open and springs out; some chairs with slight separating of joints of legs and stretchers (but still structurally sound); general light wear to legs and feet; some with very small chips/areas of wear to exposed stiles below padded back and above seat; fabric on the two arms and two side chairs appears slightly more faded than the six other chairs. Generally in good condition.
