Adelaide Hanscom Leeson (1875–1931) was an early 20th-century West Coast artist and pictorialist photographer who studied under Arthur Mathews and Anne Brigman. She would later join Stieglitz in the Photo-Secession. She was a pioneer in the advent of the photo-illustrated book. Early gift inscription dated 1917 on first preliminary blank.
