Lenthall/Naval Const (?)/Philadelphia", a second pencilled name to title, the final blank and rear wrapper with the lower corner torn away, some spotting and small stains to text, the plates and map generally clean. According to Wagner-Camp, this is the earliest report of a government-sponsored explorations of the Southwest, retaining the folding map.
