Such pre-publicaton forms of important modern literature are extremely scarce, given their limited distribution, fragility and frequent handling. This format is not listed in Goldstone & Payne and the only similar item for this title that we are aware of was offered in Bradford Morrow's catalogue of the Harry Valentine collection in 1980.
