Huffman; and numerous tailpieces, mostly stock images. (8vo) 8x5½, original brown cloth, spine & front cover gilt lettered, edges beveled. Second Edition. Reprint of the very scarce first edition of 1883. The author, Eugene Sayre Topping (1844-1917), made a killing in the mines near Trail, British Columbia, in the 1890's and never looked back. Adams, Herd, 2312; Graff 4166; Howes T300; Luther, Custer High Spots, 140. Lot Amendments Condition: Spine faded, light edge wear; diagonal tear to map; else very good. Item number: 186062
