The 1925 printing of The Log of the Snark with full-page presentation inscription on the front free endpaper from Charmian London to Doris & Pierre Monteaux, "The sheer 'married lovers' companionship herein will appeal to you two more than any couple I know... this very biographical log was one of the finest little adventures that ever happened to the right man and woman..."
