COLOUROak
NOSEApple fruits with floral notes balanced with citrus orange and clear esters (pear drops). Hints of nuttiness adds complexity
PALATELight citrus fruits and spices balanced with peat reek (smoke), good dried fruits and aged wood
FINISHFruits and wood with lingering peat smoke – rich, round, smooth and long. A little dryness is evident in this bottling
