The Romer family archive:- seven leather-bound photograph albums covering the period 1878/1947 and forming an extensive collection of captioned photographs together with a very large amount of associated ephemera relating to Malcom Romer, who served with 6th Bn. Lancashire Fusiliers during the Boer War and also in the Scots Guards, his son Malcolm Nigel Romer and his younger brother George, also Colonel F.C.Romer. ALBUM 1, (1878-1906 Malcolm Romer)- childhood, school groups at Warren Hill & Eton, 1890's service in the 6th Bn.
