No. 749 of 800 copies. First Edition, issued for the Golden Anniversary. Some of the most famous professional golfers that had played at Scarsdale up to 1948 included Harry Vardon, Walter Hagen, Edward Ray, James Barnes George Duncan, and Abe Mitchell. This copy presented to Rev. G.H. Smyth, who was 749th in membership seniority, as written on the limitation page. D&J M6850; D&M 25090.
