Two Dutch silver spoons, Hoorn, circa 1670-1677 the first, maker’s mark a moon crescent, 1671 or 1695 (date letter H), partly twisted stem engraved with scrolls, the finial as a unicorn holding the town's arms, 19.5cm., 7 5/8 in.; the second, maker’s mark a quadrupede, 1677, stem partially engraved with flowers, finial as wild board, initialled M.I.G.J.M, 18.5cm., 7 ¼ in. 93.1gr., 2oz. 18dwt.
