"There is little man has made that approaches anything in nature, but a sailing ship does." -Alan Villiers. A collection of Villiers' original signed photographs capturing the nostalgia of a life at sea. The books are all inscribed to Mr. and Mrs. Olney Herman of Maurence, Illinois over the course of more than twenty years.
