A personal photograph album of over 300 corner-mounted black and white snapshots, circa 1942-45, recording army and off-duty activities of Private ‘Naegele’ from his time with 355th School Squadron, Jefferon Barracks, Missouri, other locations including Scott Field, Illinois, Long Beach, California, Nashville, Tennessee, Memphis, Romulus, Michigan, Hamilton Field, California, etc., also pictures in Tunis, North Africa, Honolulu, Japanese mortalities at Tarawa, etc., all small format and corner mounted as multiples to 24 leaves and back to back with white china ink captions, some fraying and some photos now missing, manuscript chronology inscribed to front pastedown, contemporary cloth with aircraft motif to upper cover, upper board crudely rehinged with black tape, lower board detached, oblong folio.
