Le petit roadster connaît sa principale évolution avec l'avènement du type SPL 311. Equipé d'un nouveau moteur de 1600 cm3 à 5 paliers et à arbre à cames en tête développant 95 ch, il promet plus de 160km/h en vitesse de pointe. Le modèle que nous présentons a fait l'objet d'une préparation poussée dans l'esprit de celles réalisées par le BOB SHARP RACING, spécialiste américain des Datsun de course et dispose de son passeport technique historique. Notre exemplaire fut intégralement restauré entre 2010 et 2012, année d'obtention du PTH national par son propriétaire passionné. Précédemment importée de Californie, la voiture fut mise à nu et sablée. La caisse a été ressoudée, renforcée et arceautée, avant d'être repeinte. Des pièces neuves d'origines Nissan ont été remontées. Elle bénéficie entre autre d'un pont autobloquant, d'une boîte de vitesses à 4 rapports, d'un freinage et d'une suspension course, d'un embrayage renforcé. De nombreux périphériques ont eux aussi été remplacés comme le faisceau électrique complet neuf et l'instrumentation. La voiture sera de plus livrée avec une importante documentation dont le manuel de réparation, le manuel de préparation ainsi que tout le détail de la restauration. The small roadster was an evolution of the SPL 311. Powered by a new engine 1600cc engine with 5 bearings and with overhead camshaft, the car developed 95bhp, giving it a top speed of over 160km/h. The model we are offering has been thoroughly prepared in the spirit of those made by Bob Sharp Racing, the American Datsun racing specialist, and has its historical technical passport. Our example was fully restored between 2010 and 2012, the year it obtaining the national PTH by its enthusiast owner. Previously imported from California, the car was stripped and sanded. The chassis box was welded, reinforced and provided with a roll bar, before being repainted. New parts of Nissan origins have been re-assembled. The car also benefitted for a limited-slip differential bridge, a 4-speed gearbox, a revised braking system as well as a racing suspension, and a reinforced clutch. Many devices have also been replaced, including a new electrical harness and instrumentation. The car will also be delivered with an important file including the workshop manual, the preparation manual and all the details of the restoration.
