Pas moins de dix voitures étaient présentes qui furent appelées 550 Maranello, du nom de la petite ville où elles sont construites et de sa cylindrée approximative soit 550 décilitres. Le projet, quant à lui, portait le nom de F 133. La Ferrari 550 Maranello succédait à toute une déclinaison de berlinettes à moteur douze cylindres à plat, central arrière, qui, de la 512 BB à la 512 M, représentaient le haut de gamme sportif de la marque, si l'on excepte les séries limitées, depuis l'abandon de la 365 GT B/4 Daytona. La voiture de la vente a été vendue neuve par Pozzi à Levallois le 9 Mai 2000. Elle est peinte en gris Nürburgring, et son intérieur recouvert d'un magnifique cuir bleu foncé. Elle totalise 52000 km compteur, et l'entretien régulier fut fait chez Pozzi et chez RS Gararge à Fontenay aux roses (factures). Les courroies de distribution ont été remplacées à 43200 km en juin 2009 et le carnet d'entretien est à jour. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement et elle est chaussée de pneus Pirelli P Zéro. The Ferrari 550 Maranello succeeded a long line of mid-engined flat twelve cylinder berlinettas, which, from the 512 BB to the 512 M, represented the top of the range since the demise of the 365 GT B/4 Daytona, except for limited series. The car in the sale was sold new by Pozzi of Levallois on 9 May 2000. It is presented in Nürburgring silver, with a magnificent dark blue leather interior. The odometer shows 52,000km, and regular maintenance has been carried out by Pozzi and at the RS Garage in Fontenay aux Roses (invoices). The cam belts were replaced at 43,200km in June 2009 and the service book is stamped. The air conditioning works perfectly and the car is fitted with Pirelli P Zéro tyres. French title
